New Business Administrator

Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a highly organised New Business Administrator to join our Wales and West regional team and work from our office based in Pill near Portishead/Bristol. The successful candidate will report into the Preconstruction Director and be responsible for providing administrative support to the New Business and Preconstruction Team. The role requires a proactive and efficient individual who can handle a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the New Business and Preconstruction Team.
  • Providing administrative support to the Preconstruction Director and Head of New Business
  • Business development events coordination
  • Managing and administering our internal CRM database, and support in the production of monthly reporting documentation and data.
  • Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings and events.
  • Create your own network with our customer and partners administration contacts
  • Covering others during holiday and peak periods.
  • Create a network and work with other Willmott Dixon regional preconstruction and new business administrators
  • Support in making the team and our processes more efficient and effective.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

  • Proven experience as an administrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate excel experience)
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Hold a driving license with access to their own vehicle as the office is based in Ham Green, Pill, Bristol. The ability to travel to other Willmott Dixon offices and sites for meetings is key.

Additional Information

We are looking for someone to work 8:30am to 5:00pm and we would consider occasional home working on a Friday.
