What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

As a core member of our sales engine, you will have the freedom and backing to run your territory like your own business. Your focus will include:

  • Hunting Opportunities: Actively growing our client base by researching emerging market trends, mapping out the local competitive landscape, and targeting prospective business clients.

  • Managing the Lifecycle: Leading the entire sales process from the front, from discovery calls and complex solutions design to high-impact presentations and final negotiations.

  • Consulting with Impact: Analyzing client pain points to sell sophisticated Cloud, 5G, and Contact Centre VoIP solutions that deliver distinct value beyond their current setup.

  • Closing and Overachieving: Harnessing your negotiation skills to consistently exceed your sales quotas and expand TMT's market footprint.

Who You Are:

  • Telecom Expert: You have a successful, proven background in B2B telecoms sales, specifically with cloud telephony, 5G, contact centre VoIP, and mobile networks.

  • Connected: You ideally bring an existing network of corporate contacts within the industry to give you a head start.

  • The Ultimate Hunter: You are highly resilient, love working under pressure, possess sharp business acumen, and are known for thinking outside the box to close deals.

  • Relationship Driven: You are a fantastic communicator, an excellent presenter, and naturally skilled at building deep trust with senior corporate executives.

  • Mobile: You hold a valid UK driving licence and are ready to be on the road building relationships face-to-face.
