Hybrid – UK national travel (2 days Redditch HQ, 3 days field)

About Our Client

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing UK designer and manufacturer of sustainable shop-fitting, who work within the field of retail, Hotels and Student accommodation.

We're looking for a proactive closer to drive fixture roll-out growth across retail, Hotels and Student accommodation You'll manage named retail groups and their preferred shop-fit contractors through the full sales cycle, from first contact to multi-site framework contract.

• Map and target circa 60 priority accounts (major high-street names, discounters and emerging brands) via HubSpot ABM
• Build relationships with property, format development and procurement teams, plus tier-1 shop-fitters
• Lead discovery, onsite surveys and ROI modelling for counter and fixture packages ranging £250k–£5m
• Coordinate internal designers/estimators to deliver visuals and value-engineered quotes within 72 hours
• Secure pilot store installs and convert successful pilots into regional/national roll-outs
• Exceed monthly KPIs: ≥12 meetings, ≥£1.2m new pipeline, ≥1 proposal per week
• Report weekly progress and forecast accuracy to the Sales Director and MD

• Previous experience selling within retail, Hotels and Student accommodation-Preferred/Desirable
• Strong existing network within major high-street retailers and recognisable brands (grocery, fashion, health & beauty, QSR, sportswear, and similar sectors)- Preferred/Desirable
• Ideally experienced with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and digital storyboard tools
• Strong commercial acumen — able to present lifecycle cost savings and negotiate margin-protecting deals
• Energetic, solutions-led, and passionate about sustainable materials and rapid deployment

• £40k basic + uncapped commission (up to 4% of new revenues) realistic OTE £100k+
• Car allowance, pension, 25 days annual leave
• Flexible/hybrid working
• Clear progression to Sector Head – Retail within 2 years
