New Homes Aftercare Co-ordinator (£31,534 per annum, permanent, full-time)

Job Role

We are looking for an Aftercare Co-ordinator to assist the Aftercare Team with our growing development programme. In this role you will be managing the defects process from handover of our new properties, all the way through to the completion of the 12-month defect period, ensuring all defects have been rectified. The work involves some travel to our sites, so you’ll need a driving licence and your own car. You are also required to manage the administration of our defects, you will be in constant contact with contractors and ensuring they are delivering what has been asked of them; you will be the first point of contact for many of our new residents and will be expected to deal with their issues and complaints; you will also be expected to have good relationships internally as your work will involve liaison with other teams.

You'll be organised and customer focussed, with the confidence and empathy to handle a wide range of customer enquiries and situations professionally. You will be calm and able to juggle a busy workload with changing priorities. You must have excellent IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft word and excel.

Location Details

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with full-time employees averaging two days in the office per week.

Hours

Full-time, 37 hours, Monday- Thursday 08:45am- 17:15pm and Friday 08:45am- 16:45pm.

Additional Information

The role involves regular travel to our sites, so you will need to be able to travel between locations (across West Kent) as required. You'll need to have reliable access to suitable transport to meet the requirements of the role.
