New Homes Conveyancer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own New Homes caseload from instruction through to completion
• Set up new development sites and handle associated plot sales
• Support and oversee the day-to-day running of the New Homes team
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members
• Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, CQS requirements and internal procedures
• Handle freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and associated sales
• Review complex cases, assess risk and provide practical legal advice

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in a similar New Homes/Conveyancing role
• Essential experience with site set-ups and new build sales
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills
