New Homes Sales Adviser

Isle of Sheppey, Kent

Up to £35,000 Basic + £60,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join the sales team on a flagship residential development on the Isle of Sheppey.

Working for one of the UK's leading housebuilders, you'll be responsible for selling a superb collection of contemporary new homes, delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to legal completion.

This is a full-time, permanent position within a double-manned sales office, offering the opportunity to work alongside another experienced Sales Adviser in a collaborative and supportive environment. Working hours are 10:00am – 5:00pm, five days per week on a Thursday to Monday rota.

The Role

As the on-site Sales Adviser, you'll be responsible for managing the complete customer journey, helping purchasers find their ideal home while delivering the highest standards of customer service. From welcoming visitors to the marketing suite through to progressing sales to legal completion, you'll play a key role in the success of the development.

You'll work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal departments, maintaining an organised sales pipeline and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome prospective purchasers to the development

  • Conduct show home and development tours

  • Qualify customers and identify their requirements

  • Secure reservations and progress sales through to completion

  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers and financial consultants

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline

  • Follow up enquiries and maximise conversion opportunities

  • Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are presented to the highest standards

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey

Candidate Profile

To be considered, you'll ideally have previous New Homes sales experience with a residential developer, although candidates from Estate Agency with strong New Homes exposure will also be considered.

You'll be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, a professional approach and a genuine passion for customer service. Strong organisational skills, IT literacy and the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously are essential.

A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Package

  • Up to £35,000 basic salary

  • Uncapped commission with realistic £60,000 OTE
