New Homes Relief Sales Advisor
We are looking for a customer-focused New Homes Relief Sales Advisor to support developments across our Wessex region. This role involves working across multiple sites, helping customers through the home-buying journey while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets. Working Pattern: Thursday–Monday, 10am–5pm
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and reservation targets.
Guide customers through the home-buying process from enquiry to completion.
Conduct show home and site tours, showcasing the features and benefits of our homes.
Build strong relationships with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and site teams.
Maintain high presentation standards across sales areas and developments.
Keep accurate records using the company CRM system.
Support customers with post-completion queries where required.
You will need to have
Previous sales and customer service experience.
Property or housebuilding experience desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and IT skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Flexible approach to travelling between sites across the Wessex region.
