Days Concierge - Permanent - Leading Property Brand - 5 Star building - Kensington

• Are you a Hospitality professional, Concierge or Porter seeking work with a leading brand in Kensington?

Our leading luxury property management client has an exciting opportunity for a concierge to work at there 5 star development in Kensington on a permanent basis. Working as part of the on site building management team, you will play a key role in making sure the building runs smoothly

• 2 days on 2 days off (alternate weekends)

Duties include:

• Front of house management
• Delivery/parcel management
• Welcoming guests, residents, contractors to the site
• Daily site inspections
• Providing excellent customer service
• Manage log books and building systems controls
• Support residents with any queries
• Oversee the cleaning team and any external contractors

Experience needed:

• Previous experience within hospitality, concierge or security would be beneficial
• Customer focused and approachable
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Good basic IT experience
• Able to multi-task
• Keen to learn and develop
• Able to work nights on any night of the week
