Key Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for ensuring the hotel runs smoothly throughout the night by:
- Representing the management team during overnight operations
- Overseeing the Reception desk and wider hotel
- Completing all night procedures and audits accurately
- Leading, supporting and supervising the Night Reception team
- Working closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Supervising guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handling guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally
- Maintaining high standards of guest safety, security and hotel compliance
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Night Manager, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a Night Manager or similar supervisory hotel position
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Experience using Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Experience with Micros would be an advantage
- Confidence working independently and making decisions overnight
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A reliable, proactive approach and the flexibility to work night shifts
- Experience working within Hotels is highly desirable
