Night Operative(Warehouse)

Location: High Wycombe
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 6pm-3am
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operations based in High Wycombe.
This is a physically demanding role that involves regular heavy lifting, so applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handling large products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Moving and storing heavy goods in the warehouse.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory management.
- Preparing products for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to perform regular heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Forklift licence(desirable)
- Attention to detail and commitment to health and safety procedures.
