Location: Liverpool Street – within a 2-mile radius
Contract: Temporary, with chance of permanent
Pay: £23.00 per hour
Hours: 6:00pm – 2:00am
Travel: Must be able to work on foot within the local 2-mile radius

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Painter & Decorator to carry out painting and decorating maintenance across commercial properties around Liverpool Street.

The role will involve general maintenance painting, decorating and making-good works, with the successful candidate expected to maintain a high standard of finish.

Duties

• Maintenance painting and decorating
• Painting walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork
• Preparation, filling and sanding
• Making good damaged surfaces
• Touch-up and redecoration works
• Minor repairs prior to painting
• Maintaining communal and commercial areas
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Completing works to a high standard

Requirements

• Previous maintenance painting and decorating experience
• Good preparation and finishing skills
• Able to work 6:00pm – 2:00am
• Must be able to travel on foot within a 2-mile radius of Liverpool Street
• Reliable and punctual
• Good standard of workmanship
