Key Responsibilities

As a Night Porter, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting late arrivals & early departures with check in & out
• Setting up and clearing conference, wedding and event spaces
• Preparing and serving room service
• Assisting with bar service and serving drinks
• Handling guest queries and complaints professionally
• Cleaning conference rooms and public areas
• Completing night-time fire and safety checks

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is reliable, guest-focused and comfortable working independently overnight.

• Previous hotel night porter experience is needed
• Confident communication and a professional approach
• Able to handle guest queries calmly and efficiently
