Key Responsibilities

As a Night Porter, you'll help ensure guests receive a high standard of service throughout the night.

• Check guests in and out and handle guest queries.
• Complete the night audit and front office duties.
• Set up and clear conference, wedding and event spaces.
• Prepare and serve room service and assist in the bar.
• Complete night fire and safety checks.
• Clean conference rooms and public areas.
• Take calls, reservations and respond to guest requests.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a reliable and guest-focused porter who is comfortable working independently overnight.

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is desirable.
• Confident dealing with guests and handling queries professionally.
• Comfortable working a night shift and carrying out a range of duties.
