Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour 😊
• Manage the reception area, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the accommodation and local attractions
• Maintain a secure and safe environment for guests during the night
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Assist with any maintenance requests or emergencies that may arise
• Prepare and serve light refreshments as needed

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a hospitality in hotels or a customer service role
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest inquiries
