Key Responsibilities:

As a Night Receptionist, you will:

• Check in late arrivals and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Respond professionally to guest queries, requests, and complaints
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of the resort overnight
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
• Complete night audit procedures and handle cash payments and floats in line with company standards
• Support overnight duties that may also include light Porter responsibilities

What we're looking for:

To succeed in this Night Receptionist position, you'll have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good computer literacy and confidence using relevant systems
• A passion for customer service and a professional telephone manner
• Previous experience in a Porter, reception, or hospitality role would be beneficial
