Night Shift Care Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Care & Support Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently during night hours and has a strong background in delivering high‑quality care.

Experience: Previous care experience required

Eligibility: Not available for candidates seeking visa sponsorship or switching visas

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients during night hours

• Assist with mobility, continence care, repositioning, and overnight monitoring

• Ensure clients’ comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the shift

• Record and report any changes in clients’ needs or conditions

• Maintain a calm, reassuring presence during the night

Requirements

• Previous experience in care is essential

• Ability to work night shifts reliably

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

• This role is not open to candidates seeking a visa switch or sponsorship
