Are you an experienced Machine Operative with a background in manufacturing? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment where quality and precision are key? If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in Farnham.
We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join the night shift team on a temporary contract until the end of September, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn £17.00 per hour while gaining experience with a well-established company. Candidates with previous cleanroom experience will be highly desirable, although this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults.
  • Producing products to strict quality standards.
  • Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Completing production records accurately.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Following company procedures and health & safety regulations at all times.
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
  • Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Cleanroom experience is highly desirable, although not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work night shifts.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety within a production environment.
Our Ideal Candidate You'll have previous manufacturing experience and be confident operating machinery in a production environment. You're someone who takes pride in producing quality work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a team. If you've worked in a cleanroom environment before, that's a real advantage, but we're equally keen to hear from experienced manufacturing professionals looking for their next opportunity.
