PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – FLEXIBLE NIGHT SHIFTS – HULL

£13.45 PER HOUR + HOLIDAY PAY | REGULAR WORK | FLEXIBLE SHIFTS | IMMEDIATE START

KFM Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives for our prestigious pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing client in Hull.

The main requirement is for 12-hour night shifts, with additional day shifts also available from time to time, including 6am–6pm, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.

With the site operating 7 days a week, there is plenty of regular work available throughout the week.

The predominant requirement is for 12-hour night shifts, ideal for candidates looking for consistent night work. However, additional daytime shifts can also become available, such as:

6am–6pm | 6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm

Whether you're looking for regular hours, additional work around other commitments, or the flexibility to choose which shifts you work, this could be the opportunity for you.

You are not required to work every day or every weekend – simply accept the shifts that suit you, subject to availability.

The Role

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Working as part of a team on clean, non-food production lines
• Quality checking finished products
• Packing and palletising products
• Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Maintaining a clean and tidy production environment
• Following all health & safety and quality procedures
• Working effectively as part of a team

The Person

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment – essential
• The ability and willingness to work 12-hour night shifts
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong focus on quality
• Good health & safety awareness
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• The ability to work well as part of a team
