An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Painter / Fabric Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team at one of London’s most prestigious new commercial buildings.

This is a rare chance to work within a state-of-the-art corporate environment for a globally recognised tech client, supporting the launch and ongoing maintenance of a flagship site in the Kings Cross district.

The Role

You’ll be part of a skilled team of 10+ shift engineers, carrying out:

• Painting and decorating works
• General fabric maintenance
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive building repairs
• Supporting overall site presentation and upkeep

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in painting & decorating within commercial environments
• Strong fabric maintenance knowledge
• Good all-round handyman/building maintenance skills
• Experience working in large commercial buildings preferred
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
