Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Night Shift PPT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in the Crewe area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for long-term night shift work starting Monday 29th June.
Please note, this role is based within a chilled warehouse environment, where temperatures are maintained between 1°C and 4°C. Suitable warm clothing is recommended.
Location: Crewe (CW1)
Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off
Hours: 10:00pm – 10:00am
Pay Rate: £14.51 - £21.77 per hour (PAYE)
Key Responsibilities for the Night Shift PPT Driver:
- Operating a PPT (full training available)
- Transporting stock safely throughout the warehouse
- Loading and unloading products
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards work
- Able to work night shifts, including weekends
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Previous PPT experience is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment (1°C–4°C)
- Free parking on site
- Fulltime, ongoing work all year round
- Potential permanent position for the right candidate
- Overtime available within business needs
