Maintaining high housekeeping standards through a clean-as-you-go approach, ensuring visitors and contractors comply with site safety requirements, and identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and safety concerns will also form part of the position.
In addition, the Nightshift Supervisor will ensure products are manufactured in accordance with quality standards and specifications while maintaining compliance with site procedures, work instructions, and operational standards. The role includes completing and maintaining production and quality documentation accurately, supporting investigations into quality concerns, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring adherence to production processes and quality requirements.
The successful candidate will also identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety. They will participate in continuous improvement projects, support the implementation of new processes, assist with root cause investigations and problem-solving activities, and contribute to achieving operational performance targets.
