Prefer to work while everyone else is winding down? We're hiring night shift Parcel Sorters and Warehouse Operatives at our client's busy parcel hub in Ryton, CV8 3ED.
It's active, hands-on work. No desk, no two shifts the same. If you like keeping busy and being part of a team that gets the job done, you'll fit right in. No experience? No problem, we'll train you.
Getting there is sorted
We provide FREE transport to and from our Ryton site for night shift from Birmingham, so a 3am finish doesn't mean a stressful journey home.
What you'll be doing
- Sorting parcels on conveyor belts
- Loading and unloading trailers
- Moving pallets with pump trucks
- Getting parcels ready for delivery
- Working safely as part of a team
Good to know
This is a physical role. Parcels vary in size and some weigh up to 40kg, so you'll be lifting and moving throughout your shift. Safe lifting techniques, team lifts and equipment are used whenever needed.
Shift pattern
Nights run 7:00pm to 3:00am. The site works every day except Saturday, and shifts can vary with parcel volumes. Full-time availability is preferred, but students who can do around 20 hours a week are welcome too.
