We are looking for Night Support Workers to work with us in Tadley supporting people with complex health needs and various learning disabilities. The perfect person for this role will either have, or be genuinely interested in developing, similar hobbies to the people we support. You'll need to be flexible with how you communicate – things like speaking clearly, slowing down when needed, and using the right words to describe things. There are two services really close to each other, so you might work at both.
What You'll Be DoingNo two nights are the same. Your role will include:
- Providing reassurance and support throughout the night
- Completing regular wellbeing and safety checks in line with individual support plans
- Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner where required
- Responding calmly and appropriately to any overnight needs or emergencies
- Completing accurate records and handovers to ensure continuity of care
- Helping maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment
- Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred support
