Nights Warehouse Operative in Greenford, Greater London

Job Summary 

Purpose: To maintain the warehouse in a safe and hygienic condition; completing customer sampling, labeling and picking requirements in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure trained out procedures are followed.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

· Arrive at work 23:15 pm daily.

· Report to Manager for daily tasks.

· Prepare for picking.... example:

o Make sure empty pallets are available.

o Empty boxes to protect products.

o Make sure you have picking tools ...pen, marker, and knife.

· Pick Events.

· Once Events have been picked, double check all picked pallets.

· Check if any rotation has to be done before picking starts.

· Commence Picking of our Drivers.

· Once all drivers have been picked, check if any rotation has to be done again.

· Make sure Warehouse Housekeeping is done....example:

o Remove broken Pallets.

o Floor is kept clean, no papers etc...

o Stock in location is levelled off.

· Report any damaged stock or stock issues to Manager.

· Make sure all samples are on driver’s pallets.

· Assist in loading of Drivers.

· Check if any GRN’S are brought back from drivers, once checked sign and leave on GRN pallet in fridge.

· Once drivers are loaded make sure warehouse is clean and tidy.

· Report any issues of concern ... stock, mechanical , Health & Safety personal, etc

· Return GRN stock to location once a member from Technical has checked stock.

· All paperwork to be completed and sent to relevant department HEADS

· Confirm with Manager that any and all tasks are carried out before departure

· To contribute to the Health & Safety, Food Safety and Socio-Environmental/Energy Belazu values, and to

help achieve the company-wide objectives that are communicated on an on-going basis.

· Stock check.

· Any other WH duties. ( Concession, Relabelling, Restacking )

Terms

· 40 hrs/wk i.e. 23:30pm-8.00am Sun-Fri

· 3 months probationary period
