Branch Manager – North Wales
The above position is based in North Wales and surrounding areas. The ideal person will currently be working as Branch Manager or a Senior Consultant looking for their first step into management. You will have a specialist knowledge of the Welsh & English education market and be looking to grow and build a strong South team.
You will enjoy working with autonomy and freedom, and have a strong desire for career progression, as well as the development of our North Wales office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in education recruitment,
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent telephone manner, customer service/communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks according to business needs
- Self-motivated, target driven and ambitious to progress
- ICT literate and good standard of English
- An Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus scheme
