NRSWA Gateman

Join our established construction team as an NRSWA Gateman on an exciting 8-month project in Bexhill.

• Pay: £18 - £19 per hour

• Start Date: Immediate

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced NRSWA Gateman to join a busy construction project in Bexhill. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure 8 months of work with an established contractor on a long-term project.

Gateman Duties:

• Controlling access to and from the construction site
• Checking in visitors, deliveries and contractors
• Maintaining accurate site access records
• Ensuring only authorised personnel enter the site
• Assisting with the safe movement of vehicles entering and leaving the site
• Supporting the site team with maintaining a safe and organised working environment
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with site health and safety procedures
• Working around street works and highway operations in line with NRSWA requirements

Gateman Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Valid NRSWA qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working as a Gateman on construction or highway projects
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Full PPE
