Learning Disabilities (Nurse) Clinical Lead

£42,000 to £48,000 depending on experience

We are looking for a proactive, compassionate, and confident Nurse Clinical Lead who has experience in leading clinical practice within community-based services. You will have current experience in:

• Learning Disabilities

• Autism

• Challenging Behaviour

• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Role Requirements

• Registered healthcare professional (RNLD, RGN, RN Child, or RMN) with experience in Learning Disabilities.

• Clinical leadership.

• Ability to work independently with good organisational skills.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel across the South region is essential.

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and team support abilities.
