Key Responsibilities
- Support children with daily routines and nursery activities.
- Provide individual support to children with SEN.
- Encourage communication, social interaction and independence.
- Assist with play-based learning and developmental activities.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff to meet individual needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Experience within a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
- Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
- Confident providing 1:1 support.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Role Details
Location: Luton
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £95-£100 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Full-time until Christmas
