A small, welcoming nursery near Deanshanger is seeking an experienced, caring and highly organised Nursery Manager (CACHE Level 3) to lead their Early Years team. This is a full‑time, permanent role with an ASAP start, offering stability, autonomy and the chance to shape a nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.

⭐ About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead the day‑to‑day running of the nursery

• Support staff with planning, observations and EYFS delivery

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance and communication

• Build strong relationships with families and the local community

• Oversee routines, staffing, wellbeing and nursery operations

• Champion the nursery’s values of warmth, care, nurture and commitment

• Support children with SEN and ensure inclusive practice

• CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent Early Years qualification)

• Strong experience in nursery or Early Years leadership

• Confident supporting children with SEN

• A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
