⭐ About the Nursery Manager Role

As Nursery Manager in Puxley, you will:

• Lead the day‑to‑day running of the nursery

• Support staff with planning, observations and EYFS delivery

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance and communication

• Build strong relationships with families and the local community

• Oversee routines, staffing, wellbeing and nursery operations

• Champion the nursery’s values of warmth, nurture and high‑quality care
