An Outstanding Opportunity for an Experienced Nursery LeaderWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead an established nursery in BD3, Bradford.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a busy nursery setting, providing strategic leadership and operational excellence while ensuring every child receives outstanding care, learning opportunities and support.
You'll be responsible for creating a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement and exceptional practice while supporting and developing a committed team of early years professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inspiring leadership and effective day-to-day management of the nursery.
- Ensure excellent standards of safeguarding, welfare and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the delivery of a rich, inclusive and ambitious EYFS curriculum.
- Monitor children's progress and ensure timely interventions and support where required.
- Manage staffing, deployment, recruitment, training and staff development.
- Maintain strong parent partnerships and community relationships.
- Monitor occupancy, admissions, budgets and operational performance.
- Ensure the nursery remains fully compliant with Ofsted and statutory requirements.
You will be an experienced childcare professional with a proven track record of leadership within an early years setting.
You'll have:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Experience managing teams within a nursery environment.
- Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- The ability to motivate, coach and develop staff.
- A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and education.
- Salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
