Nursery Manager at EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY, Ellesmere Port Town

FULL TIME POSITION Working 4 days between 07:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday

The Early Learning academy are looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our Ellesmere Port Campus setting, delivering high standards of care and education. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to manage a thriving setting supported by a team of commited practitioners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead the overall management and organisation of the setting
• Oversee planning,observations and assessments to ensure high quality learning experiences
• Maintain outstanding safeguarding practices and regulatory compliance
• Ensure the setting provides a safe, inclusive and stimulating enviroment for all children
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and staff
• Support the continued development and improvement of the setting
