Octave Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery in Headington.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about providing outstanding care, leading a team and helping children thrive.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

You will lead, support and develop the nursery team, maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies, and ensure safeguarding and quality standards are consistently met.

About You

  • Level 3 or above in a recognised Early Years qualification.

  • Previous senior leadership or management experience within a nursery.

  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Passionate about providing high-quality early years care and education.

  • GCSE Maths or equivalent.
