Nursery Manager in Chelsea

A well-established nursery in Chelsea is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for a confident early years professional who can lead a team, maintain high standards of care and education, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Manage, support and develop the nursery team
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care and education
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff
• Ensure the EYFS framework is followed effectively
• Create a welcoming, inclusive and engaging environment

• Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior early years role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Confident leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about children’s learning and development
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy nursery setting
