Nursery Manager - Bromley - Salary: Up to £50,000 - 12-Month FTC (Strong Potential to Become Permanent)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to join a nursery in the Bromley area. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader to take on a business-critical position within the setting, helping to maintain high standards of childcare, education and daily operations.

The Nursery Manager position is initially being offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. However, there is a strong likelihood that the role will become permanent, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a longer-term career move.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the setting operates smoothly and delivers outstanding care and education. You will lead, motivate and support the staff team, creating a positive working environment where everyone feels valued and encouraged to develop.

The successful Nursery Manager will have previous experience in a nursery leadership or management position, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding requirements and Ofsted expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations and management of the nursery.
• Leading, supporting and developing the staff team.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
• Ensuring the nursery meets EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Building strong relationships with parents, children and colleagues.
• Monitoring the quality of care and education throughout the setting.
• Managing staffing, compliance and general nursery administration.
