Nursery Manager

Job Title: Nursery Manager 
Location: Reigate

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent / 4 days per week
Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a small, welcoming Early Years setting where relationships, children and people genuinely matter.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced and confident leader who cares deeply about children, their team and creating an outstanding nursery environment.

You must have either:

• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager, or
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Early Years Deputy Manager

You will also need:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and best practice
• Strong understanding of safeguarding
• Confidence managing the day-to-day running of a nursery
• A supportive, positive approach to team leadership
