We're recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead an established early years setting in the heart of West London.

The Opportunity

As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and success of the nursery.

You'll lead the team, drive quality, build strong relationships with families and ensure children receive the highest standard of care and education.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have genuine influence over culture, standards and future growth.

You'll be trusted to:

• Lead and develop a dedicated nursery team
• Create a positive and high-performing culture
• Drive outstanding practice across the setting
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community
• Champion safeguarding and compliance
• Ensure children thrive within a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a leader who combines warmth with high standards.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience
• Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
• Experience leading, motivating and developing teams
• Confidence managing nursery operations and compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional early years education

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who leads by example and understands that outstanding nurseries are built through people, culture and consistency.
