What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Early Years leader who is passionate about developing people as much as developing children. You'll have previous leadership or Nursery Manager experience, a relevant childcare qualification and an excellent understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and inclusive practice. You'll be confident leading teams, building strong relationships with families and creating a positive culture where both children and practitioners flourish. Most importantly, you'll be someone who leads with empathy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to excellence.
