Think Education Partners are supporting a welcoming Islington primary school who are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their early years team. This is a long‑term role with the option of becoming permanent offering stability, supportive colleagues and a nurturing environment where children thrive.

  • Pay: £95–£110 per day (experience dependent)

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will:

  • support children aged 2- 4 with daily routines, learning and play
  • deliver engaging activities that promote early development
  • contribute to observations, planning and progress tracking
  • build positive relationships with children and families
  • maintain a safe, nurturing environment
  • work closely with the room leader and wider early years team

What we are looking for  

We welcome applications from:

  • Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurses / Early Years Practitioners
  • Experienced early years staff with strong EYFS knowledge
  • Warm, reliable practitioners who value child‑led learning

You must have:

  • a full Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • a valid DBS (or willingness to apply)
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • a calm, consistent approach
