Are you a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity within welcoming early years settings across Huddersfield and the wider Kirklees area?
We are working with a range of well-established nurseries and primary school early years provisions seeking dedicated Nursery Nurses to support children during their crucial early development stages. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education who is looking for flexible work, longer-term placements, or the potential for a permanent position.
The RoleAs a Nursery Nurse, you will play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where young children can learn, play, and thrive.
You will support children through a variety of play-based and structured activities that encourage social, emotional, and early academic development. Working closely with other early years staff, teachers, and parents, you will help ensure every child receives high-quality care and support tailored to their individual needs.

RequirementsTo be considered for this Nursery Nurse role, you will:
- Have recent experience working within a nursery or mainstream primary school early years setting
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children
- Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic in your approach
- Be flexible, reliable, and proactive
- Work effectively as part of a supportive team
