🌟 What you’ll be doing

• Creating a safe, loving and stimulating environment where babies can thrive.
• Planning fun, creative and sensory activities that encourage learning through play.
• Supporting each child’s individual development and celebrating every milestone.
• Building strong relationships with families and becoming an important part of each child’s early years journey.
• Completing observations and working within the EYFS framework.
• Working alongside a friendly, passionate team who genuinely enjoy coming to work.

🌟 We’re looking for someone who has:

✅ A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.

✅ Experience working in a nursery setting (Baby Room experience is desirable).

✅ A good understanding of the EYFS.

✅ A positive attitude, plenty of enthusiasm and a caring nature.

✅ Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for giving children the very best start in life.
