Nursery Practitioner- Balham

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our brand-new, purpose-built nursery in Balham.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team from the very beginning, helping to create a nurturing, inspiring environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan engaging activities that support children's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and record children's progress.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment.
• Promote children's wellbeing and safeguard them at all times.

About You

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Friendly, reliable, and a great team player.
