About the Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Contribute to planning activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children.
• Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity within the setting.

Essential Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the DBS Update Service
