Nursery Practitioner in Belgrave Square, Greater London

We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a highly regarded independent Early Years setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who is looking for a term-time only position, while still benefiting from a competitive permanent salary.

The successful candidate will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS, helping to create a nurturing, engaging and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Complete observations and support developmental tracking
• Promote children’s social, emotional and personal development
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
• Work closely with parents, carers and the wider Early Years team
• Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Requirements:

• Must hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
