We are seeking Level 2 and 3 qualified Practitioners as well as Room Leaders.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Pay: £25,000 to £30,000 DOE.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Loughton or Epping

About our Nursery

We are hiring at both our Nurseries, in Loughton and Epping.

Our setting is perfectly sized so that children are in small groups and can develop at their own pace. The nursery has multiple rooms with an outside garden and plenty of opportunity to play outside and explore the world around them in the town on our trips out.

What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
