We are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated full-time Nursery Practitioners to become part of our Little Bear’s team.

We operate to the highest standards, ensuring the children in our care are safe and secure; receive a wide range of activities; and enjoy an environment where their needs and interests are both supported and promoted.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals who have:

• A Level 2 NVQ or above qualification in Child Care
• Excellent communication skills with children, staff and parents
• A good working knowledge of the EYFS
• A clear understanding of all relevant safeguarding legislation
• The ability to assist the Room Leader and management in providing good-quality care and education
• Experience of key groups
