NURSERY BASED IN HITHER GREEN/LEE AREA - TE63321 - PRACTITIONERS & DEPUTY ROOM LEADER

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a fantastic nursery that is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and caring Early Years professionals to join their friendly and supportive team.

The nursery has opportunities available for both a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner and a Deputy Room Leader, offering excellent salaries, flexible working patterns and the opportunity to work with a range of age groups in a positive and rewarding nursery environment.

Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Between 7:30am and 6:30pm
Flexible option: 4 days per week, working 7:30am–6:30pm, covering 40 hours
Age Groups: All age groups

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. The successful Nursery Practitioner will create engaging activities, build positive relationships with children and parents, and help provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing nursery environment.

This Nursery Practitioner role would suit someone who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys working as part of a supportive nursery team. You will be confident supporting children across different age groups and helping them reach important developmental milestones.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and delivering exciting activities, completing observations and assessments, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. The successful Nursery Practitioner will be a positive team player who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education.

Deputy Room Leader – Level 3

Salary: £31,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Between 7:30am and 6:30pm
Flexible option: 4 days per week, working 7:30am–6:30pm, covering 40 hours
Age Group: 2–3 years

We are also looking for an experienced Level 3 qualified professional to join the nursery as a Deputy Room Leader within the 2–3s room. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their Early Years career.

As Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader with the day-to-day running of the room, lead activities, support and mentor other members of the nursery team, and ensure children receive high-quality care and education. You will also step up to lead the room when required and help maintain excellent standards throughout the nursery.

To be considered for either role, you must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery setting.
