Stafflex Education is seeking passionate Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly supply team, supporting a variety of nurseries and early years settings across Huddersfield and the surrounding areas.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
* Support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn through play
* Assist with daily routines including meal times, personal care, and sleep routines
* Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and language development
* Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/carers
* Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
* Adapt confidently to different nursery environments and teams

* Essential: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year's experience working within a nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and wellbeing
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
* Flexible, reliable, and professional approach to work

* Competitive hourly pay of £12.71 - £13.68, depending on experience and responsibilities
