Nursery Practitioner

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a friendly private nursery in the NG5 area of Nottingham. The setting provides a warm, lively and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, play and build their confidence.

The nursery is looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate, working full-time or part-time for over 30 hours per week. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support with daily nursery duties, lead fun and age-appropriate activities, supervise children and help create a safe and happy environment where every child can thrive.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A fun, caring and creative approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
