TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day nursery in Gateshead who are looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner. Rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED, the nursery is committed to creating a caring, nurturing and supportive environment where children can feel safe, secure and confident as they learn and develop.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis, supporting children aged between 2.5 and 4 years. The successful Nursery Practitioner will help provide engaging, age-appropriate activities while supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing within the nursery.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A relevant Early Years qualification
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Experience supporting children aged 2.5 - 4 years
• A caring and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
